On ductile iron Half Joint

WUSE Stone ductile iron Half Joint is used for the crack,fracture or leak in the straight tube to repair the leaking .Much improvement has been done to the key parts of this new type of mateial .Compared with the general Half Joint ,the new one has many advantages.

On the rubber sealing pad;

Rubber sealing pad of high quaility is used to improve its flexibility,anti-aging and pressure-proof ability.

Its mouth is designed the back teech structure with three securities to make sure of the sealing;

Position ring is used in the side to make sure that sealing pad can be fixed during operation.

On ductile iron:

Strong ribs are added to it and improve its strength;

The shape of Half Joint has been changed and promoted to enlarge its inner space .It can not only be applied to the gray cast iron tubes but also to ductile iron tube and the adaption has been improved.

Pricision anti-corrosion material is added to improve its anti-corrosion ability.

On standard parts.

Screw,screw nuts and gaskets are made of galvanized zincification.

Screw protection caps are used to avoid any damage during installation and operation so that it can improve the whole quality.
